You will partner closely with our sales teams to craft standout proposals, turn complex IT solutions into clear value, and play a key role in our growth journey.

This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • Driving presales strategy by qualifying, evaluating, and preparing bids, without being tied to your own sales targets.
  • Coordinating all phases of the deal cycle and bidding process, including timelines and delivery dates.
  • Organizing and contributing expertise to quality gates, such as kick-off meetings, deal reviews, and pricing strategies.
  • Crafting winning strategies and creating compelling proposal content with clear differentiators.
    Supporting the inside sales team with lead qualification, evaluations, and by creating tools that make daily work easier.
  • Driving continuous process improvements, including the smart use of modern tools and AI to establish best practices.

We would like you to bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a structured sales-related environment (e.g. bid/proposal management, project coordination, sales support, marketing).
  • Strong curiosity and passion for tools and technologies, especially AI — you’re a true learn-it-all.
  • An independent, precise, and structured way of working. A proactive, team-oriented mindset, enjoying collaboration with different people and business units.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, keep projects on track, and work in a results-oriented way
  • Affinity for AI and sales, paired with strong communication skills.
  • Native level of German and fluency in English.
  • A good sense of humor, honesty, and openness...including being up for a beer from our in-house beer fridge.
